Restaurant Esszimmer

Since 2013, we have been creating the finest dishes from the products of our rich region in the organic fine-dining restaurant ESSZIMMER. The SLOW FOOD concept plays an essential role in this. We cook with high-quality food and treat it with respect - we say it with certainty: we love our craft. Most of our suppliers and manufacturers come from the local area. We source our dairy products from controlled agriculture, which means that we consciously want to support the goal of a fair milk price to maintain the farmers' organic way of working as well as animal-friendly husbandry of the cows. The purpose of our daily activities is to work with selected foods in an artisanal manner and to bring them to the plate in a creative way. After all, taste is just as important as a lasting feeling of well-being after your visit.
